A full house, one container, delivered to the door
Four sofas, sixteen dining chairs, two dining tables, three coffee tables, thirty-eight artificial plants, two large trees, and forty planters — all customised from a floor plan. The sofa took several rounds on back angle, curve, and cushion firmness. The stone slab was approved on video before it was cut.
187 pieces for a venue, landed in Edmonton
Chairs, stools, single and L-shaped sofas, bar stools and dining tables from Foshan. The order started on an LCL landed-cost basis and moved to FCL once handling and crating were counted properly. A dimension concern traced back to a reference image mismatch, not a production error.
A cracked leg, a redesign, then a reorder at 50 units
A custom 72″ bar passed sample with no notes. During loading, one unit cracked at the leg inside its crate. Compensation was arranged before the fix was discussed. The redesign split the frame into three modular sections — 1.5 CBM down to 0.5 CBM per unit, no increase in unit cost.

Production lead time depends on the product type, level of customization, sample approval, peak season, shipping method, and destination. Upholstery, custom finishes, and solid wood take longer than flat-pack. Two things reliably add time: revisions after the sample stage, and the weeks before Chinese New Year, when factories are booked out and staff leave early. Sea freight is on top of production, and transit time varies by destination and route. For a first order, we recommend planning well in advance from deposit to delivery, and we send progress photos through production so you know where the gap is if the schedule slips.
